Continuous Belt Furnace

Our new Model CBF-1 Continuous Belt Furnace, specially designed for atmospheric brazing applications, is the first such furnace to offer RF induction heating as the power source.

The CBF-1 offers tremendous advantages in heating efficiency, cost of operation and floorspace required. While conventional belt furnaces heat the entire atmospheric chamber on a 24/7 basis (whether or not the unit is actually in use), the CBF-1’s advanced solid state induction system heats only the parts being processed - and only as they travel through the heating zone.

Utility costs are dramatically reduced because of the unit’s smaller heating area and on-demand heating capability. Without the weakening effects of long term, constant heat, the working life of the furnace belt and other moving parts is dramatically increased. At normal atmospheric brazing temperatures of 1400°F., the furnace belt will only be heated to 400°F. Because of this exceptional operating efficiency, the overall length of the furnace can be reduced over 50%, to just 15 ft.
