Company Profile

GH Induction Atmospheres (GH IA) is the only independently-owned industrial heating system integrator working solely with induction-based technology. We design and manufacture customized, turnkey induction heating systems for industrial brazing, welding, hardening and general purpose heating. We also provide the finest quality RF power supplies, selecting from a variety of top-quality manufacturers.
GH IA was founded in 2002 with just 4,000 sq. ft. and four employees. Current employment is now over 15. With a recent space expansion, we now occupy 16,000 sq. ft of space in the Rochester Technology Park in Gates, a suburb of Rochester, NY.
Key Products
GH IA has designed, built and marketed a core of four turnkey systems that have gained wide acceptance in the automotive, aerospace, medical industries. These products include High Vacuum systems, Atmospheric Glove Boxes, Bell Jar Systems and Induction Furnaces.
Designed for lean and continuous flow manufacturing, these compact, fully-fixtured systems bring the benefits of solid state technology directly to your factory floor or work cell, replacing large vacuum furnaces and outmoded flame heating stations. Our products and services eliminate many batch heating processes. GH IA is positioned to be the market leader in providing solutions to complex industrial heating applications in industries such as turbine engine repair and medical instrumentation manufacture.
To market these products, we have developed strong working relationships with Fortune 500 customers in the medical, aerospace and automotive industries. Our clients include General Electric, Lufthansa Technika, Boston Scientific and Siemens.
How We'll Work With You
First we’ll test and evaluate your parts and process requirements in our laboratory to determine the optimum heating approach. Then, our engineering staff will work with you one-to-one to design a cost-effective system which matches your process requirements. We'll propose a two-dimensional concept drawing and refine the details according to your input.
With your final approval, a three-dimensional solid model of your system is completed, and the necessary raw materials and components are procured. Finally, our in-house manufacturing and assembly team builds and tests your system to the highest manufacturing standards. After your system is delivered and placed in position, we'll support you with full installation and service.
